This is my first waxing so I don't feel entitled to give a wax product 5 stars. It did the job well. It's messy, but I'm sure it's my inexperience. It is quite painful, but the pain is fleeting and passes quickly. I paid $5 for this to advertise the product and it was a lot cheaper than most other wax products. I recommend having a wax warmer so you don't have to remove the wax from the oven. It comes with its own small pot for heating. It smells like pine needles from an evergreen forest. For me it was refreshing. The instructions are simple and easy to read. I don't think this is intended for depilating large areas like the back, chest or legs. For me it worked best in small patches. I bought it because it was highly recommended by more experienced people and I feel their positive reviews were spot on.
