Host Plants and Propagation

I love this little setup and wish I could design it myself. They are excellent for host plants or for propagating milkweed. I have had success with monarch eggs and small monarch caterpillars using these flower tubes. Medium to mature plants will work if you have very large milkweed leaves, but you really need to balance the numbers of caterpillars and milkweed. I'm working on breeding Spurge to grow more and share with other nearby Monarch waystations.
