
Tried everything but couldn't get enough volume out of the system. FIRST I charged the headset and then used RCA, optical, direct connection and connection from the TV sockets as well as from the set top box. I also connected a Unitron bluetooth receiver. connected to my hearing aids. to the Avantree transmitter with the same unsatisfactory volume result. I called Avantree and explained everything and the rep agreed that I had everything correct and indicated that they would probably need to send me the 'latest' model of headset but that the tech/engineer would call me the next day . This NEVER happened so I went to the Revain chat and ended up asking if the return included BOTH the transmitter and the headset. Your affirmative answer was wrong so I sent the transmitter back and got its return label etc. Now I realize that putting both items in the same box and only using the return label for the headphones would be a hassle even if I attached it would. Transducer return label in the box, along with a note describing all of the above. Pooh! I am very dissatisfied with NO CALL BACK. I'm an engineer and would love the opportunity to troubleshoot a bad amp.
