Review on Portmeirion Sophie Conran Covered Butter by Charles Galan

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice plate for the price

ordered this oiler after looking for a replacement for our crappy oiler for a while. I like it. It's nice and deep. The lid doesn't touch the oil. The Oil stays in the bowl no matter who uses it in the house. It's a bit wider than I expected. It fits two full sticks. I'm not complaining, I haven't looked too much at the dimensions. And it will probably be nice, Realizing I'm eating butter more often than I'm used to because it allows me to store more Lid issues have been noted by other reviewers I've found mine fits better one way than the other I had to play around with it a bit to find out. It's still not a locking seat if it doesn't move at all. But it doesn't slip that much, it looks nice. I like having a handle to hold my m I can hold As long as the lid looks solid. This is a good dish at a good price. I don't usually comment too much on the packaging in my product reviews as there is a review specific to the packaging. But this one surprised me. When I opened the box I found bubble wrap wrapped around the other box. Pretty cute gift box. Then I open it and the top and bottom are nicely wrapped in colored paper. Just very well done. I felt the product was worth more than I paid for it.
