Fits Wacom Intuos Pro Medium PTH660 as the title says. It has enough extra pockets for a pen, holder and other accessories. I don't understand why some reviewers are complaining that it doesn't fit. Yes, there is a little more room at the top, but it doesn't shift the tablet when inside, the tablet still sits nice and firmly inside. I personally like the extra space that makes it easier to slide the tablet in and out. For around $20, this is a great opportunity to protect something that costs a lot more.
