What can I say.
This is a rechargeable battery. It works out. Mine came with a large bag of desiccant in the box. If yours isn't there I would return it. This block must not be soaked with moisture before assembly. Mine is working fine after replacing the compressor and charging the system a week or two ago. Oh, and that goes for my Chevy 97 Blazer.
