These rubber pads have been incredibly effective in relieving the excruciating pain I've had for months due to a pronounced hammer toe. I can highly recommend them as a simple and very inexpensive solution to such problems, although they probably won't fix deformed fingers in the long run even if, as in my case, they're applied at the same time as a finger pad made of the same rubber material. .
