First let me say that I read the reviews before purchasing and realized the suction cups may not work. In light of this, these are amazing things! My wife loves it! The suction cups will not stick to the textured tub. Your tub must be smooth for these suction cups to work. This is nothing new, more common sense than anything else. Now I haven't found a way to deal with this problem, but this is a very small inconvenience that needs to be overcome. The length is perfect and it's thick enough to provide the right level of comfort. We attached it to a suction cup on the side of the tub where the pillow and back support are, but it kind of slides down your legs if you bolster it now. It has a built in hook to hang it up while drying and comes with a mesh bag to keep it dry and out of use. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
