UPDATE 01/27/21 The seller finally sent me a new set. Now, six months later, nine out of ten cables have failed. A cable is only as good as "its weakest link is good," and the weak link here seems to be the Lightning connector itself. One of the cables has a bent connector. (This hasn't happened to me with any other cable I've had.) The second cable only seems to charge intermittently. I see a seller responding to negative feedback by asking others to email them or using the "Contact Seller" feature on the order screen. . However, no email address is provided and there is no way to contact the seller in the completed order.
