Perfect size 0.75 inch with 18 inch chain. I also bought a snake chain because I love the look of it. For those of you who complain about size, wear and rust, we'll go with genuine #1 sterling silver, which will not rust but will tarnish over time. My wife has been wearing it every day since she got it on March 3rd and it hasn't faded yet. Maybe the person you bought it for has a higher skin pH or level which could cause this, but still won't rust. Guys, some people just complain about things they have no idea about, sorry.
