Poor quality of adhesive tape

It was a complete disappointment. They do not have velcro as described; They only have velcro on one side and the bandages will be damaged if you open a new package where one side of the velcro (the hook) meets the bandage (instead of making contact with the loop side of the velcro). They are stretchy, but getting them to stretch to 15 feet would be quite difficult. I would like to send them back but I had to open and unfold one. I find it totally inadequate.
