Worst, worst, worst design!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought this bracket to hang my Bose Acoustimass 10 Series V speakers from the ceiling. I wasn't expecting to spend too much time on this project but it turned out to be a nightmare due to the crappy design of this mount designed by god knows who. This mount is by far the WORST design I have ever encountered on earth. The base of the mount is a 2 inch square plate. To attach it to the drywall you will need to drill 4 half inch diameter holes. I mean seriously? 4 half inch holes in my wall just for a 2 inch panel? I have the feeling, that my drywall is being discriminated against. Okay, anyway I've drilled the holes now. And I use a hammer to drive the screw into these holes. Yes. You want to use a hammer to drive in a half inch wide screw, no kidding. And unfortunately, if you find that the direction of the bracket is wrong after inserting one or more screws into the hole, congratulations, you have no way of fixing it, period. If you want to pull out the screw, the main part remains in the wall and there is no spare part. You won't end up with parts unless you spend another $35 on a new mount or try your luck at home storage. Okay, you're headed in the wrong direction anyway. I can finally hang up the speaker. But wait, why doesn't the hole in the bracket match the connector on the speaker? Why do I have to squeeze the wire all the way? so it stays between the speaker and the bracket? I can't stop throwing bombs while installing this stupid mount. Worst design, and designers should try other career paths if they can. If you find that the direction of the bracket is wrong after inserting one or more screws into the hole, congratulations, you have no way of correcting this, period.
