LET US KNOW! YOU NEED A PORTABLE CHARGER TO USE THE USB PORT INCLUDED IN THIS BACKPACK. Maybe I just didn't think about it and/or didn't realize it would be necessary, but to use the USB port you plug the cable (included in the backpack) into a portable charger and then use your own cable to charge it device via the charger. Attached USB port on the outside of the backpack. I was expecting the backpack to charge my device in some way, but it doesn't. Not necessarily something super bad, but it just came as a surprise to me. On the plus side, this backpack is really cool! It has a ton of pockets and while I haven't worn it yet, looks like it would be very comfortable and convenient for high schoolers/college students. This is a really good backpack, just make sure you already have a portable charger or plan to buy a dedicated charger for this backpack.
