I like that it is easy to use with lots of options available in terms of creating new roles or adding existing ones from other systems into this one (e.g., LinkedIn). It's also very intuitive - you can easily find what you need without having to search through menus etc. There are some things we don't have yet but they're coming soon so no complaints there! We've been able to create customised job descriptions using different sources such as Linkedin profiles which has helped us attract more qualified candidates who would otherwise not be aware of the role/company if all their information was only listed online.
