Met UPS at the door to collect it as soon as it was delivered. I recently had major surgery after persistent foot and ankle problems. Since then he has suffered from stiffness in the mornings and swelling during the day. It was great to use in the morning for mild warmth followed by occasional icing throughout the day and every evening. It's easy to use and as someone with limited freezer space I appreciate how easy it is to slide the bags in and out!
