Not good. Fine.
Bought 2 of these little tops in different colors. The pads are shifted and distracting. A Regal bra isn't tight enough to support weight lifting, let alone cardio exercise. I removed my pads and put on a sports bra under my top. And to top it off, they're not super flattering unless you want to hide your tummy. For reference, I'm 5ft 5in, 120lbs and 34D.
