I bought this charger for my iPad Pro because I didn't want to pack and unpack the charger that came with my iPad every time I drove to/from campus or the library . I specifically bought this charger because I thought it would be nice to have one charger that could charge my iPhone (with Lightning connector) and iPad (with USB-C connector) rather than one for each device take the block with you. Boy am I glad I did! Now I only carry this charger in my backpack instead of two. It charges my iPad just as fast, if not faster than Apple's; The same goes for using it to charge my iPhone. And there's no noticeable slowdown when using both ports to charge two devices at the same time (which I often have to do). It also comes with a longer cable than Apple's, which is much appreciated. Can't say anything about durability, I've only been using it for a few months, but so far so good. No complaints overall - it does the job you want it to (charges your device) and does it better (charges faster than a standard charger AND lets you charge your iPad and iPhone at the same time).
