I have been giving one of these each day to my two small dogs. My Jack Russell terrier loves the taste and gobbles them up quickly. My chihuahua-mix usually hesitates because he is super picky, but he eats his as soon as he sees that the JRT wants to snatch it away from him. The treats have a chewy texture and come in a small plastic tub with a screw-top lid. I like this set-up because the lid keeps the chews sft and fresh, and the wide mouth of the tub is easy to put my hand inside. My JRT is having issues with mild luxating patella and the vet suggested a supplement to help keep it from worsening, and so far, so good with these Nulo supplements! I chose these Nulo supplements because they have all sorts of unexpected yet helpful ingredients like collagen, eggshell and green-lipped mussel, as well as the more expected glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. I decided to give one to my chihuahua-mix every day, as well, to hopefully prevent any future issues.Overall I am pleased with Nulo's ingredients and the fact that they seem to be helping, and that my dogs love them!
