My daughter is a size 2 so I ordered these shoes for her in a size 2. When she tried them on she was disappointed because they were huge. At least a size and a half too big (I ordered another pair of shoes for her from the same company in a size 2 and they fit just right). I didn't know there was a size chart when ordering, so PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHART BEFORE ORDERING! I had to exchange them for a size 1. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They changed shoes with no problem. The shoes themselves are adorable! My daughter LOVES them for the beautiful bow and ankle strap. The shoes have a good soft lining and good arch support. She looks like a little lady, not a little girl. She loves wearing them at Christmas. Thanks puppeteers!
