Great product. I've grown my hair out and tried headbands but they fall off when I work out. Hats started doing the same. Some other hats and durags are too tight and have some elasticity when made, which is why it gives me a headache. This product has stretchable front and you can tie the back by yourself to adjust the tightness, so it can fit multiple head sizes with the tightness you want according to your head size and comfort level. I usually tie a double knot.
