An absolutely fantastic platform which makes sourcing and recruitment much easier
The ease of use, user-friendly interface as well as its ability to connect with other tools such as HubSpot for marketing automation make it very easy & efficient in recruiting new employees or candidates into your organization! It has helped us manage our job search process more efficiently than ever before by allowing all team members access at any time from anywhere around the world - no matter what their location is (and that includes home!). Some features are not quite intuitive yet but we will continue working closely together until they get there!! We have been able to find great talent using this tool since day 1 especially when searching internationally where traditional methods were proving difficult due to language barriers etc.

- Very fast response times during searches/saves.
- Great candidate communication system which allows you keep track via email notifications who applied through each medium used including LinkedIn,
- Job seeker feedback mechanism built within platform makes finding right fit much easier too;)
- Not being integrated directly wth Salesforce CRM would be nice
