It's just the right size for the weird raised corner I have in my kitchen. Shelves are adjustable. It's pretty easy to assemble. Notice this shelf: the wire bends on each shelf, forming an edge. Some shelves like this one are reversed. You cannot flip the shelves as the eyelet taper is specific. So if you don't want the bar to be at the top instead of the bottom, you should look elsewhere. The lip was good for my needs. Since it was too big for me, I attached it to the wall with cable ties. This made it more durable. I put heavy items on the bottom and lighten them as they go up so they aren't heavy even after anchoring. He centered my deep fryer alone with no resistance, although a medium-sized microwave might not work. The only downside I have is that despite the grooves, the bushings were a bit difficult to keep in place. I found that I had to redo a few corners several times before I could get it right. I am happy with this purchase.
