Red Leather Cord Necklace

I bought a 16" red leather necklace. It comes badly packaged. The plastic bag was all torn like it had been burned. The necklace inside didn't fit the neck well and was bent in different directions. The hook is very loose and keeps popping out. Never again. Anyone who's ever put a necklace in a bag, this man knows exactly what he's doing
