I want to start by saying I love this product and it has a lot of great features but there are a few things that would make it better. Benefits1. Great price 2. Good storage capacity (also easily expandable) 3. Good quality 4. Much better than anything in its price range. Disadvantages/Suggested Changes1. The lock screen only shows 24-hour time2. Equalizer settings are difficult to change3. The volume only goes up to 404. The music "app" only shows all music and can only be sorted alphabetically (alternatively, you can just use the file browser and add folders)5. The e-book only supports txt6. Very few changeable settings7. The software is not supplied with the device, it is read by the computer as a USB stick. (I'm a software developer trying to make software for a similar device to iTunes and when I'm done I'll edit this review with a link.) 8. My wired headphones broke on the first day. Anyway, I didn't expect much from them. The shuffle doesn't seem to shuffle very well as it shuffles the same way every time depending on the starting song. Summary All the downsides/changes I mentioned above are small quality of life things, and yet I recommend this unit to anyone looking for an MP3 player. Overall great product
