I was looking for a backpack with multiple external pockets. Surprisingly, most backpacks don't offer this. I'm giving 4 stars because this is the only backpack on Revain available online with 6 external pockets. The deal breaker for me was the uncomfortable shoulder strap. There's something special about how they're designed and sewn so they don't lie flat on the shoulder. It felt like something was cutting into my shoulder. I really wanted to like this backpack and even ordered a replacement but it had the same issue both times.
