Can't Rec' for Purc' - Malfunc' with so little use.

Cannot record for purc' - malfunc' with such low usage. Wednesday 6th October 2021 1. Bought for travel.2. I'm out the window for a refund so I can be honest. [Understand there has to be a limit to Ex'ch or Refund]3. Seems to be a solid 7 7/8 inch cable, 4 male USB. Just the perfect product, unless it just broke. No amount of persuasion, persuasion, follow up with peace of mind will make this work. 4. Expensive for me. 5. Maybe produce/or/sell more non-decent products. VERY VERY VERY upset. 75-year-old war invalid, with 6 other weaknesses, on a small pension. I hate being deceived. The redemption window has just arrived./s/ Dr. M.
