I like the way they have simplified my email marketing campaigns. The templates are easy to use, and the ability to create new ones is not too difficult. They also have an analytics tool that allows me to see which templates perform best for certain audiences. They could add more features like the ability to send out a mass email (which I do use frequently), or even integrate with other platforms. We use them primarily for our email campaign. It allows us to send automated messages to specific segments of our database without having to manually write each one.
