The tips stay on the ear but don't fit in the ear canal, which minimizes good sound.

I have tried all 3 sizes of ear tips and they stay in the ear. However, the tip does not fit in the ear canal, so the reduction in outside noise is minimal. The sound might be good when I put the tips in my ear canal, but they aren't designed or fit that way. So they feel loose in the ear and the sound just isn't great.
