I have been with them for 10 years now (since they were called Netweb).

They do not charge you extra if your site gets more than 100 hits per day or month etc! There's nothing really that i dislike about this service - it has just always worked well without any problems at all from me ever since my first time using their services back in 2003/2004 when there was no such thing as wordpress blogs being used by millions every single week like today!! We've never had issues so far but yes everything works smoothly regardless how much traffic our sites get each year.
