I recently started working from home and wanted to get a wireless keyboard and mouse and I like the purple color. Now the item arrived broken, I followed all the instructions and the keyboard registered the batteries as low. I thought it was a cheap brand so I used my own batteries but the same problem kept happening. Then I noticed that the batteries don't stay in place and that's why the batteries don't register. I asked for a refund and was instructed to print out the return form, use my own postage and went to USPS. They wanted to charge me $165 for return shipping because it's going to China. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM for the seller to send a faulty unit, didn't care about the postage and now I have a faulty keyboard that I can't use, loss of $40. That's ridiculous!
