NOT for summer! So thick and warm!
In general, in my opinion, a well-made sleeping bag; it is soft, cozy and durable. I also love love LOVE because she is plus size - my little one is not even 2 but she is very big and I had to hunt and hunt to find a sleeping bag long enough for her (41+ inches). However, this material is THICK! "Summer model" is on it, but it's too heavy for that. We have used it several times this spring and my daughter is sweaty and overheated all over. A winter child will be far better off whose room is getting cold and needs something warmer.
