I got my new headphones yesterday so didn't have much time to play with them. Straight out of the box they are very well designed. The bag is small and secure, and the headphones fit in very well. The earbuds are comfortable to wear and feel secure - this is very important to me as I often don't like wearing earbuds. (I think the wifi really helps because nothing is pulling them.) The sound quality is great. I can hear surrounding sounds so my family can communicate with me even if I leave them on. It's easy to plug headphones into my phone, but a little harder to switch to my computer. I'm a bit disappointed that there is no volume control on the headphones. And I'm still learning how to use "touch" features that allow users to drop a call, pick up the handset, pick up the handset, reject a call, or toggle a call between a cell phone and headphones. I usually have to try several times before the "buttons" work. I hope I can figure out how to control the volume when using my headphones with my computer for Zoom calls. Overall I am very satisfied with my T15 headphones. I think it's excellent value for money. Update: After a bit of practice, the switches work fine and it's easy to adjust the volume on my computer.
