Impressed with the quality

The build and sound quality of this amp is fantastic. The amp is solid and the volume controls are very smooth. I did not notice any signal loss, line noise or clipping, even with long cables or at maximum volume. I suspect this thing uses some sort of high/low pass filter to get that low noise, but I can usually tell when I'm listening to HPF/LPF and I can't hear it with that. Most other amps in this class don't have an amp in the front end, but this one does and I can't imagine using the amp without it. I understand it's not meant for that, but I use it as a line. - Amplifier distributor. I split the sound coming out of the first generation gscartsw RGB SCART switch. One of the branches is only about 3 feet long and goes to the TV, while the other, about 20 feet long, goes to the OSSC (Analog to Digital Transcoder). I used to have a passive splitter but it seemed to load the audio source so I decided to replace it with a Moukey amp. This amp allows me to crank the volume up for a long time, giving me a stronger signal and no longer driving the source while maintaining the tonal balance between both outputs. It was a little annoying that they used 1/4" instead of 1/8" connectors, but that's seriously my only gripe and the adapters are cheap. The amp can be powered from a standard USB socket (AC adapter not included). I just used an available USB outlet from a nearby power strip (many power strips have these these days). I was half expecting to hear some noise from the power supply, but the internal isolation in this amp must be really good because I can't see any signal degradation at all.
