To start, order big. I wear a size 17 in jeans, xl top. I'm 5'5" weigh 250, size 38 DD bra. I ordered the 7XL. It fit great around my belly, was a bit looser than I'd like on the top. The silk ribbons make it a little difficult to tighten so it fits right against your curves when you're bigger, especially with it bigger around the bust that's not size proportional. Difficult to sit because the boning isn't the strongest and folds in. But otherwise it is really nice. Nice fabric, very brilliant coloring. I got it for a costume and am pleased with the money spent.
