Review on Flameless Candles Flickering Flame Effect (D 3&#34 by Nicole Brown

Nice to look at but the one I have I wouldn't turn on with never used batteries. I read the insert and it mentioned the device. The unit wasn't there so I contacted customer service who told me it had to be purchased separately which is fine but when I placed this order I was told it would be delivered in almost 3 months! Until then, the window will be closed to return if the device is broken. They sent me another one to try but it should arrive tomorrow. If this doesn't work by just turning it on after trying new batteries I'll have to return two plugs and cancel the order for the remote control. Just look at the date the items will be delivered and note that this does not come with the remote control and must be separate. I don't know if the timer function works or if it works with the remote as it didn't come with it so I'll give it a 3. Appearance 8/10 but I can't get my first one to work and can't get it the remote control for almost 3 months. Because of these issues, I cannot give 5 stars.
