The sound quality is quite acceptable overall, although there is a slight deficiency in the high frequencies. If you listen carefully on the street, you'll notice that low ones neither strain nor tambourine. Everything is in order with them. When I'm working on my computer at home and listening to music in the background, the bass can be a little overwhelming. With all due respect to JBL, however, the headphones come equipped with an equalizer that can be customized through a specialized application; you may have done so in the past but have since forgotten your settings. I reduced the amount of low frequencies and increased the amount of high frequencies, which resulted in the sound becoming smoother, brighter, and free of an excessive amount of low frequencies (I mostly listen to classic rock and calm electronics). The sound of vocals is faithfully reproduced by headphones. There is also the Marshall Major III and the Sony CH-510. The ones that come first play without a hitch, but the ones that come later have a minor flaw in their performance, which is not a deal breaker. The second ones did not enter at all because the sound is too harsh and the sibilants impeded hearing. I like JBL just as much as I like Sony, but there is a slight deficiency in high ones, which is not a deal breaker by any means. Allows simultaneous connection to a number of different devices. There is support for the SBC and AAC codecs. The reduction of noise is acceptable; it gets rid of low-frequency background noise like traffic noise and other types of rumble, but it won't get rid of people's voices or conversations, even though it does muffle them a little bit. There is a problem with the noise reduction, and whenever you put the headphones on, the problem is triggered immediately. You need to double click on the button labeled "noise reduction" in order to turn it off. There is a serious deficiency in either the ability to save the previous state or to configure the application's default value. When I take off my headphones, the music automatically pauses, and this feature works perfectly for me. There are no issues with either the phone or the Windows application when using the Music app. Unless, of course, a couple of those instances were him adjusting the headphones that were on his head by turning on the pause button. I have, for the time being, chosen to keep this option active. The mechanism for folding is excellent; it has a turn that can be used for wearing it around the neck and folding cups that can be used for a backpack. Because the arms on the inside are made of metal, there is a sense of dependability. On the head, ensure a perfect fit and avoid applying pressure. Synthetic fabric is used for the headband's construction. The leatherette on the ear pads is pleasant and soft, but it is glued together (unlike the Sony CH-510, where the ear pads can be easily removed and replaced). An excellent buy overall, and I have high hopes that it will serve me well for many years to come.
