Review on 🖱️ JIALONG Large Mouse Pad Desk Mat - Upgraded Design Extended Size 35.4 X 15.7X 0.12 inches for Laptop, Computer, and PC - Black World Map by Mike Gruwell

UPDATE October 25th. Support contacted me and worked on this issue. I guess they're at least really trying to make things right here. As for their constant efforts to improve my experience with their product, I appreciate their efforts. Not many companies will choose to do this. They ended up giving me a replacement and kept working with me throughout the process. Some of the tactics were a little strange, but at least they tried. I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars. New mouse pad tested: - The materials are beautiful, the mouse pad is not wavy! (my first issue) - Large footprint: enough to cover a keyboard + mouse and have more room - Threads seem solid - haven't had any issues so far and I use it daily when working from home (so more than 8 hours a day) - Leaves no white marks as long as your hands are on the mouse pad for hours/days (working with this mouse pad). Many black mouse pads leave white marks after a while, but these don't seem to show that... No slipping! Stays in Place - Comfortable: Has a certain thickness and softness so it's not like using a sheet of paper as a mouse pad (again, when you're using it for 8+ hours a day, comfort is really important ). ) and when I took it out from the plastic bag, the mouse pad was very wavy. Difficult to use in this state as it is not very smooth with the mouse over wavy surfaces. Put something on it to smooth it out, but I'll have to test it in a few days (tested after 3 days with heavy materials on a flat wooden board that was lying on the mouse pad - still folded). Something like this shouldn't require any additional preparation before use. I contacted customer service and they just offered to put something in and "it will be flattened soon" and that was it. I mentioned it's been a few days now and it's still very wavy. Customer service was unhelpful, didn't even apologize for the bad packaging. Decided to wait a few more days to see if straightening with heavy books would help (which it didn't). Then I wrote this review and only after that the support team contacted me to try to fix the situation (see update above).
