I really wanted to like the headphones. received them, set them up on my phone and fire and was happy to use them only to adjust them (put them back in my ear) every time I move my head. They were either stuffed so deep it hurt my ears or they fell out. The only headset with which I had such a problem. I think this is a design flaw due to the weight distribution, magnet and speaker being so far from the earcup. Well what I really don't like is that it cost me $7.11 for shipping (YES - US Post Office), 107 grams total product and packaging weight. Every time this happens I think - go back to the staple brick store where it doesn't cost me 23% of the original cost to return the @$$ product.
