Well a year ago I broke my elbow in a bad car accident. I had a record in it that has since been removed. But my elbow started to stiffen and hurt a little and I put this sleeve on and it helps keep him warm and relaxed and increases blood flow. I ordered them shortly after I got home from the hospital and wore them for a year. The best thing about this case is not only the feel and compression of the material but also the webbing! Aside from my heavy duty neoprene elbow pads that I wear to the gym, these are the only other braces/sleeves I've worn that don't slip or roll on me. 5 stars are not enough.
