Overall I'm happy with it. Holds the phone very well and is pretty stable as you might expect. The trigger mechanism works great. The adjustability is really good for the most part. There's no base adjustment, there are three bumpers that expand to fit the cup holder. Both of my cup holders are adjacent to the open space between them, and when I try to use the left cup holder, one of those bumpers lines up with the open space. It could still work by extending the base far enough, but the setup wasn't satisfactory. I also tried rotating the whole thing 180 degrees and then adjusting the top but wasn't happy with that either. So I just put it in the right cup holder and use it and everything works fine there. However, I wanted to use the left holder. Otherwise it works fine and I'm satisfied.
