5/5 stars. I am 20 weeks pregnant and have been battling hormonal acne around my chin and mouth for literally 5 weeks. I've always had hormonal acne, but this was the WORST. I've tried mild cleansers, tea tree oil, and pretty much every other "safe" cleanser/treatment I could find, but nothing worked. I waited 6 days to write a review for this product and in those 6 days my skin has turned 180 degrees! It's cleaned, it's soft and I finally have almost the "glow" of pregnancy! (with some concealer to hide the scars) I don't mind the smell (it's lemony). I use AM and PM. Definitely worth the price for me. I will 100% buy more.
