Terrible adhesive, don't bother buying
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a physician, I can confidently say that these patches are a waste of money. The adhesive is terrible and doesn't last, making them completely useless during any physical activity. The only positive is the design, but what's the point if it won't stay in place? Save your money and look for a different brand.
