These dungarees are very well made and I think they will hold up to a lot of gardening. They are fat/heavy. I'm 5ft 3" and usually wear a size 4 or 6. I bought a size 6 which is a regular length. The length is just right for me to wear with sneakers. The jumpsuit is a little wider than I wanted, below the hips, but fits well in the bust and hips. I might have been able to wear a size 4 comfortably, but I shouldn't trade in and try on a size 4. I've had trouble finding a coverall in any store near me and didn't want to spend a fortune on a coverall that I only intended to wear to work in the yard I am very pleased with the quality of this coverall - excellent quality at a great price Price.
