DAYS - Return for Exchange Another update Exchange unit working fine after 4 weeks - 4 star rating, will update if still giving good or bad results! can turn on and discharge the battery and then charge it. Charging case draining after 1/2 day - this can also cause audio issues due to BT stopping using wired headphones. After charging, remove from case and turn off manually until needed - refresh. Headphones turned off and sitting on the table, turned on and tried to pair - dead battery - it also happened that the torn off headphones turned on and cut off the iPhone sound through wired headphones - do not forget to turn off the iPhone Bluetooth. - If you use 1 earbud while the other is charging, the earphone can be toggled on and off on the charger, which can disconnect and reconnect (interrupted sound) to the earbud in your ear OR the wired headphones! I think this and charger issues could be the reason they have limited availability on Amazon or Skullcandy website. - Stay tuned for version 2. !?Update 5: After about 5 or 6 weeks the battery life will decrease - left about 4 hours, right about 2 hours of use. They were closer to 5 hours when the new update 6 came out: battery life was reduced - that may be due to the earphones above turning themselves on. Bluetooth was pretty good --- when it works --- with a range of 50 Foot, which is not uncommon Update 7: Headphones, FULLY charged, turned off manually and left on for 48 hours - showed 1/2 strength when turned on and turned off after 2 hours. These headphones have great sound and Bluetooth - the power/battery management is a mess. I will return this set (third set)
