Bought to suppress pain in left forearm, sometimes muscle pain from wrist to elbow joint. When I was in high school I had a basketball injury, the bone in my left wrist was dislocated, it was orthopedically fixed and the wrist cast was back to normal, but sometimes the muscles ached, especially on cold days. It is customary to rub a small amount of potent oil on the wrist and forearm area first before using the band. Makes sleeping more comfortable and the Velcro straps make it easy to adjust for a snug and comfortable fit. I highly recommend the product!
