Review on 🎒 Everyday Secret Backpacks for Kids in New York - World's Finest by Samantha Bryant

We are very disappointed. This is the second J World New York Sunrise trolley backpack we have purchased as we loved the first one we bought for our oldest son. This backpack would get a clear 5 stars! Unfortunately, the telescopic handle of this second backpack broke after only 1 month of light use by our kindergarten child. Our son just dragged the backpack across the slick concrete surface and the handle popped out! We tried to fix this by tucking the handle back in, but now it won't stay in and pops out every time you pull the handle up to use it. Aside from the broken handle, we love all the other features of this wheeled backpack! It is well made and durable. The backpack rolls great and doesn't tip over when full! The anti-tip factor is probably our favorite feature of this bag, as we've used many other wheeled backpacks in the past that kept tipping over. Unfortunately, our return/exchange period has expired. Not sure if we just received a bag with a broken telescopic handle. The wheeled backpack we bought 2 years ago still works great and we are very grateful to the company for helping us replace or fix our broken bag.
