This is a review of the IOPE Bio Conditioning Essence Water-Based Toner, a hydrating antioxidant serum for sensitive skin. I've become a fan of IOPE face lotions. and moisturizers and I wanted to try that. I'm happy to say that I really like it. It's always difficult to rate products like this as we all have different skin types and use different products to cleanse and prepare. Toner on the bottle but that's it. The product is well packaged and comes in an attractive frosted bottle; Aesthetics are clean. Now I have dry, old and sensitive skin so I'm always careful when I start using something new. Luckily I don't have any issues with it and my skin seems to love it. Can I tell if I see a difference? I'm not sure, but that's true of many facial products that claim to rejuvenate or brighten skin. But I like this one enough to continue using as a toner, and it's a bit moisturizing to boot. My only complaint is that the product spreads very slowly from the top; The hole is very small and you really have to shake it a few times to wet the cotton pad. However, it's better than overdosing too quickly, as you won't lose anything; You get exactly what you need.
