Review on 🌬️ SPT SF-616 Sunpentown Evaporative Air Cooler with Rotating Louver by Daniel Paige

I bought this evaporative cooler to brighten up my child's playroom. We have a few other evaporative coolers in our house that work well for large areas, but we need something smaller and use less power for this application. I bought based on price, usage of 65 watts and blinds. It arrived in good condition and fully assembled. All plastic but looks good. Less than expected. Liked: Controls work well, nice to have a water level window, does what it's supposed to do (cools a small space - what you'd expect from an evaporative cooler). Dislikes: It takes a long time for the water to come in due to the small inlet, the shutters don't really do much - they rotate and could be a nice feature, but I think the pitch is too low or no air goes straight most of the time . Update 1.17. 03: Stopped using when it started leaking. Still works if you put a cookie cutter on the bottom, but I restored my previous AC portable unit (the cooling fins needed cleaning, were covered in lint/dust causing it to shut down) and switched back to the AC device.
