If you buy Canon approved cartridge, the print quality is really hard and dark because of the black ink. When buying this ink cartridge, everything becomes gray and dull and it is actually difficult to distinguish a copy from an actual printed document. I printed out a stack of court records and half of my stack is nice and clear and dark and then I had to change the ink cartridge and I thought after saving a few bucks I'll buy these and then everything went gray and the doll and looks blurry. And I didn't really save much. And since I used it, I didn't know it would turn gray before I used it. I'm not eligible for a refund, but I want a refund. I'm sorry I didn't know your ink cartridge would print gray before I installed it and I don't think it should be used against me and I should get a refund. Don't buy the same cartridge unless you want everything to be gray, which would be cool if you're doing a black and white image with gray shadows, but it's not worth the few bucks you'll save if you can get a good one .
