No instructions not that I really need them as there are many videos on youtube. A few weeks later I noticed rust on the bracket. Update: My driving buddy informed me that the brake LEDs are barely noticeable when braking during the day. Although the mount holds up well, I replaced the included LED tail light with a much brighter LED strip.
